Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This ranch house is unique and contemporary. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, and a sun porch/greenhouse built onto the front. This house has a unique grass roof and would be perfect for building into a hill as it only has windows on the front. I have completed the interior except for adding furniture. Enjoy this house!
