Contemporary House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is another model that has a real-life version in the form of a model on my railroad. It scaled rather small, so the rooms inside are modest. There is room over the garage for future expansion, however. Standard 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, flex room. TY Paul for the micro, refer, and range. I made the rest of it, except for the plants. Long roof could be used for a ski jump practice slope. (Just kidding!) Check out the mural in the kitchen.
