Cliff House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 House built into the cliff. Partly finished inside to save file space. Use scene tabs to place your viewpoint, then you can navigate from there. Cliff made in sections, the made them into groups and duplicated them. Feb update: new link at the bottom. Added an underground pool, lockers, weight room, more caves, an office, and a spa.
