A hypothetical solution to the problem of a canal running smack dab thru the property. 2 story Livingroom, Loft with Bar, a laundry chute from the Master Bedroom to the Laundry below. A large Hobby room. And a stone wall surrounding the Yard. The Dining Room deck has water access for swimming. There is a lap pool around the house. Kinda like a moated castle complete with Gate House.
