Butterfly House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is named for the roof design. There is a valley in the middle, instead of a ridge. It does have a ridge on the addition and dining room. Based on a house down the street that I went thru, twice, to memorize details. The doors and roof are different, but the plan is similar. Doors are unique to this model. I made those. The dining room has a coffered ceiling - check it out. From the looks of things, a deal just might be made. There are two men in the livingroom. Man door in the garage is open, come on in. And I did not use a commercial door, this time. I also made the dining room table set, use it if you want to. It is a component. Island is a 4'X8' granite sheet, countertops next to stove are steel diamond plate, edged with mahogany trim.
