This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This multi-level side split level has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Rec Room, Hobby, expansion space in the basement, a Theatre on the top floor, and an elevator to connect all the levels. It also has a 4-car garage. The Master Bedroom also has a fireplace plus a large en suite bathroom with his and hers everything except the jetted tub. Even has a urinal in the bathroom. (Its a guy thing). The 3 Bedrooms share a split-bath with a computer centre in the hallway. House measures 46'X48'. There is also attic storage. Access is from the Theatre.
