Atrium House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Inspired by my cruise, which was a lot of fun, this house has a central 3 story atrium. On the 1st floor is the 4 car stacked garage, the entry atrium, and the kitchen/living room/ dining with its beamed ceiling. On the 2nd floor is the bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, atrium, rec room and hobby. On the 3rd floor is the attic accesses and the upper part of the atrium. All 3 floors are connected by an elevator and stairs. The house is long and skinney, just like ship, with the atrium in the middle. Note: 3rd floor is the top of a thermal chimney and attic access.
