Ashley House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 14 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Another dollhouse derived house. I actually built this one in 1/4 scale. Went together real well. Laser cut parts fit real good. Plan to order more of them from the same company. This is a center-hall colonial design, sort of. Main floor has the entry hall, living room, and country kitchen. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, a small storage room, and porch. 3rd floor is the master suite. The attic tops it all off. There is a wrap-arount porch with a deck at the rear. The garage has a faux painted windows on the garage door with a storage attic above. Windows are just like the dollhouse windows.
