Americana House with barn Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is the signature piece for my subdivision. You can use it for yours. This combines the Fantasy Villa and the Barn. There is a vintage Corvette Sting Ray in the barn, courtesy of Enroth. (?) Roof on barn turns off to check it out. This is part of the farm that became a subdivision. Needless to say, the new owners made out like bandits! New owners use it as a community centre. It is on a 150' X 100' lot. Not sure where it will go yet, but somewhere prominent. (Across from the Strip Mall?) followup: it is now across from the 2-story house on the main entrance. Just imported it and placed it. Easy Peasy!
