Vivianna Corporate Park is a master-planned community located in Vivianna, North Carolina, an affluent suburb south of Charlotte. The 102-acre office park features over 2.4 million square feet of Class A office space and includes the headquarters of many Fortune 500 companies and businesses. There are also many parks and greenspaces within the campus that offer recreational events and educational opportunities to Vivianna residents.
Lake Vivianna Park
Lake Vivianna Park is a 21-acre park located on the southern corner of Vivianna Corporate Park. The park surrounds the 12-acre Lake Vivianna, which has a shape of the letter V. The lake features the Lake Vivianna Fountains, a group of four floating fountains that can rise up to 70 feet high. At night, the fountains illuminate in bright, beautiful colors. The park also features the Vivianna Monuments, two 40-foot monuments located on each side of the park. The monuments represent the advancements of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
Vivianna Nature Park
Vivianna Nature Park is a 27-acre nature park located on the northern corner of Vivianna Corporate Park. The park contains a 4-acre botanical garden on its north side and a 16-acre pine forest on its south side. The 2-acre Berkeley Pond is also located within the forest and provides great views of Vivianna’s skyline. The nature park provides educational opportunities for students and children to learn more about wildlife and the natural environment.
Everston Park
Everston Park is a 6-acre park located on the eastern corner of Vivianna Corporate Park. The park is popular for special events, festivals, and even weddings!
Macklin Park
Macklin Park is a 6-acre park located on the western corner of Vivianna Corporate Park. Just like Everston Park, this park is popular for special events, festivals, and even weddings!
