This residential complex was built in the late 60s and early 70s, were almost totally uninhabited, as they were (at the time) outside the ciudad.Nadie wanted to live in the area around it was pure mountain and hatos.Solo Avenida Las Delicias, which reached the corner, crossed to the left to Plaza de Toros, then right to continue on the Guajira Avenue leading to the beaches of Lake. Most of its inhabitants are there since that time.
