Haslett Village Square Redesign 2015 Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 15 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a redesign of a underused development in Haslett, MI. The redesign was part of the senior design project in the CEE department at Michigan State. The buildings are overlaid on the existing terrain provided by Google Earth.Interesting features include a rooftop greenhouse on the apartment building, a living roof in the brewery and a beer garden.

Buildings include an apartment building, three mixed-use buildings, a brewery, a park with a stage and a facilities building. The mixed-use buildings include retail and a grocery store. The architecture is postmodern with a mixture of brick, glass and cherry façades. The Inter-Urban Pathway extension under the Marsh Rd. Bridge is included.
