MAX and FBX files contain V-RAY materials, OBJ file have no materials applied (although all PNG textures packed inside Textures archive)

It's also pretty clear that Games Workshop owns all rights to the original idea for Warhammer40K Universe and Adeptus Mechanicus in particular. So all rights reserved and so on and so forth :)
