Description

The most feared predator of the sea, a killer whale!

This free download is a low-poly, textured model of the killer whale. I have also added a basic (snake-like rig) which works well for small movements but needs better weighting for any advanced movement, so please forgive me as 3D modelling is not my main skillset, it's just a hobby I enjoy.

My workflow was -> Sculpting a high-poly mesh -> Retopography to make it low-poly -> Added a simple UV map and texture painted from reference photos

Unfortunately, the model does not have the mouth modelled, but if this becomes popular I may use extra effort in future to add such details.

Hope some people have a use for my first upload! :D

You will need to RENAME the texture file (Killer_Whale_UV.png) to (OrcaSkin.png) for it to work with the MTL and FBX files.
