Hello dear viva0067! Also, thanks for liking my model.
I'm afraid it is not game ready. All my stuff made in SketchUp, they are available in the 3Dwarehouse under the same title. Long time ago I tried to convert my models to .3ds and .max but the result was terrible. Don't know what file converter the CGTrader crew are using (maybe there is a newer/better one out already).
