there isnt any texture files that come with the model

It's a Blender file containing the textures directly. But, it's in Blender 2.79b format. With the new Blender 2.8x and 3.x.x there is a problem when loading. But I can certify that the textures are present in the file.

I checked by importing the Blender file and the textures are there. Otherwise you can get them with the OBJ on Sketchfab :) https://skfb.ly/FJWs
