The Pa 100 "Flying Arrow", designed by Nicolas-Roland Payen was expected to attend the Coupe Deutsch of Meurthe 1933. Derived Project K 16 (SP.260 model with retractable train) and K 16 B (model RP. 261 fixed train), the unit was equipped with a delta wing (a term assigned in the years 1948, comes from the similarity of this form with the 4th letter of the Greek alphabet), a fixed train, plans before equipped with shutters to ensure the stability at low speeds (those little wings called "machutes" will later named "canard"), the expected engine was a Regnier six inverted cylinder 180 hp with a two-bladed propeller.
