Royalty Free License content for commercial NFT

I have looked around but cannot find the answer to a question I suppose has been asked a thousand times. I have downloaded free content from CG Trader and it sports a Royalty Free License. Can I then use the 3D model in a project that I then mint and sell as a NFT? The client would not have access to the model, just an image of it.
