Actually cgt offer a very good protection against scummers, but cgt can't protect you from yourself who starts working on a project without securing the whole payment first.
Is this a function can I do? I never found It in My freelancer PROJECTS!
Give freelancers some options to fight scammers

Hello Cgtrader community,
I' m a freelancer working on Major freelancer 3d platforms.
The point of this thread Is that Cgtrader doesn' t offer a Plan to freelancers to fight scammers on the website.
I was scammed many times After sending My works here and didn't recive My payments. It' s a sad Moment when you got scammed and After your payment you loose your time and your dignity too!
I reported many times the users but never really changed here. Never a message from cgtrader of a report gone right for me, NEVER.
There would be a deposit fee OPTION for buyers so Freelancers could stay safe and recive at least part of the payment they worked on.
Many websites offer this option...but It seems Cgtrader doesn' t have much interest to protect theyr 3d Freelancers community.
Hope this can change soon!

Here are short instructions you get from CGT when you apply for Project:
"GET HIRED - Client’s happy with the offer? Sit back and WAIT FOR PREPAYMENT CONFIRMATION.
Client adjusted your quote? Accept the changes or make a Counter Offer in the top right corner.
GET STARTED - ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PREPAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL, START THE WORK KNOWING THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS SAFE with CGTrader's escrow service.
GET PAID - Completed the Project? Send your client the final deliverables, so they can release your payment."
Shortly:
1. Apply for project
2. Get hired
3. Client prepays the funds
4. You start working...
Once the funds are prepaid, you are sure to get the payment when you finish your work.
DO NOT SEND FINAL FILES IF THE PROJECT ISN'T PREPAID.
The rules are quite simple and you won't be scammed if you follow them.

I did the error of not asking the buyers to select My proposal before compliting the works...
I Will Ask them for this in future...

One more thing is also important...
It happened to me few times that I sent final files and the client did not respond anymore.
This is the moment when you contact CGT support. They will check whole project and correspondence. If you did whole project correctly and delivered final files, CGT will release the prepaid funds to your side.
