As far as i know it's not possible (there was a similar topic here on the forum), contact support (support@cgtrader.com) maybe something have changed in the meantime.

I was wondering if possible and how to block the sales of my work to certain counties.

Unfortunately, blocking sales to users from certain countries is currently impossible, unless there are specific limitations imposed on their countries.
