Can't upload files

I'm trying to upload some files to sell a model and it keeps telling me to upload at least 1 image. I have 20 and it doesn't seem to let me upload my driver license on payment details page. what format should my images be?

So it could be that.

Hi there,

It could have been due to server outage. Please try again and if it doesn't work, try going to live support (the button at the bottom left corner) for further instructions regarding payment details.
