Bought Model, doesn't work as advertised, seller won't respond

So I purchased three models here.

The first model, a photorealistic interior, simply had missing files and didn't render anything like the picture. V-Ray presented several out of range errors. This was a week ago. Seller has not responded to my multiple emails regarding this issue.

The second model, a photorealistic house exterior, has a corrupt .rar file. I've attempted to download numerous times. Same error. It's corrupt. Again, separate seller, still no contact after a week of multiple attempts.

The THIRD model, from the second seller, again a house exterior, downloaded fine, but is missing several images within the file. The file description clearly states they are present, yet they are not. Further, the scene doesn't render properly because these files are missing. STILL no contact after multiple attempts.

So then last week, I contact the support at cgtrader.com asking for assistance. Again, you guessed it. NO RESPONSE. IS THIS TYPICAL of your experiences?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is not acceptable. If sellers do not respond you should leave negative feedback to each of them and then strictly request for refund at support on a base that product doesn't match description.

I used the support chat more than one time and i always get a response, maybe not immediately but i solved all my problems through the support chat.
Try again or wait 1 or 2 business day for a response, i think that CGTrader don't want to loose customers or lower its reputation.

Thank you for your prompt replies. I'm impressed with the quality of the models, but all three have been incomplete. I'll look at your models, all. I need photorealistic interiors and exteriors.

Thanks for the message here! Apparently, the support didn't receive the message because of the wrong email.

If there are any concerns in the future, click the box on the bottom left corner or write to info@cgtrader.com.

We're really sorry for this as it is definitely unacceptable. Our support will contact you directly via email shortly and we'll find a way to either help out with the models you bought, or the refunds (or both!).
