This happens when you put identification number for Payment Agreement incorrectly.
Identification number is a number of any government-issued document such as passport, ID, driver's license, etc. or your national identification number.
It must be stated in Payment Agreement exactly as in your provided document.

Many thanks - I've put in a ID number in - do I need to provide a scan of that document somehow too?
Please attach a copy of document with relevant information you have provided in Payment Agreement.
