hey i just bought laptop from one of my friend and joined CG trader this month , i gave payoneer account information and there is an error
" Payout problem: If there's a possibility, please provide your document in Latin letters."
i have update my agreement by giving all correct information but still this error is occuring . can someone tell me how to resolve this issue ?

This means that if you can, please provide document, which has Latin letters to verify the information in your payment agreement.
Otherwise, please provide both sides of your document.
