It looks cool and professional. ))
I have noticed only 1 issue when 1 model is part of more collections. The link goes only to 1 collection. It would be nice if it was linked with list of collections where the model is included.
Hi everyone,
Gytis here, Product Marketing Manager at CGTrader.
As some of you might have noticed, we are launching a model page redesign. All changes are based on designer and buyer feedback, and our marketplace data, so we expect they will have a very positive impact on the way our marketplace platform performs.
Some of the features are already in place, like an improved Author section, model details and interlinks to 3D collections the model is in. You can read more about the updates here:
https://www.cgtrader.com/blog/new-marketplace-impr...
More changes and fixes are coming in the next few weeks.
As always, your feedback is more than welcome.
Cheers,
Gytis

Hello,
Changes are never reduced to simple aesthetic changes. We must recognize that they are always working to improve the user experience and in this sense there have been many changes recently for good. In addition, the changes are based on the comments of the users, which is very important. Always, when designing an application you have to put yourself in the place of the users and although it seems obvious, it is an error that is committed many times.
For example, the loading time of the web is a very important factor that can make many visitors desist. The new stepped load of images improves the feeling that the visitor perceives and that will surely increase the visits and their duration. To delay the actions that are carried out when placing the mouse on the preview images, is also a success. Before it was a bit annoying and also returned to show the images from the beginning. This change greatly improves the experience, especially in models with many images such as mine.
Renumber the images I find useful, but so would the preview (and the seller's name), time is money and the more information is available in less time, the better. I only see an error (z-index) in the images that are displayed on the foot of the page, you can see the text on the image.
As always, good work.
- Stop hiding description under fancy buttons. You want from us to write lengthy elaborated descriptions and then you hide it everywhere. Slower buyers then asking me question which are answered in it.
- I have "Allow buyers to send me custom 3D Job requests" disabled in my account settings so the big "Hire me" button should not be there.
- Overall visually the whole page looks better now imo
There's no visual indication that you already liked specific model, so it's easy to accidentally unlike it.
Tell me how to share the link on the model now? Have I always shared pictures on Pinterest? Previously, there were several buttons for this. Why were they removed?
I wish the model description had triangle count, many times the poly count is way bigger than the triangle count. Otherwise, I like the new look.
+1 to @timnik question. Share on social media buttons were great and easy way to increase your model's visibility. I can't see a reason why it was removed from the new design.
Newly there is a link to all collections from model page. Nice update. )))
