I honestly don't know of anyone doing this or if there would be copyright / trademark issues associated with such scans. I know there are 3d celebrity "lookalike" models out there, but they aren't photogrammetry scans, just expertly sculpted 3d models. Sometimes these models are sold under names which are similar, but not exactly the same as the celebrity's name so as to avoid any legal issues. I'm not sure what the legalities are exactly, but certain 3d model resellers, I've noticed, tend to do it this way.
