So I suppose it is not legal to take any conversation out of CGTrader right? Last time the client asked to do the job, I gave him my paypal, he paid and after few days I got warning from CGTrader for breaking the rules. This is very annoying cause from time to time I got some job request and since I never looked at this page as another Upwork I felt free to meet some new contacts. Apparently I am not so free.

And what exactly is the bigger problem - getting payment for a job via paypal (not for any of my models that I sell obviously) or taking the conversation out of here?

The policy is for the protection of you, the seller. I don't know whether it is illegal or not to take it off site but I do know that it's not safe. When you go through the site the money is guaranteed because the client pre pays the job and cgtrader holds the money. It's far easier not to pay someone when it's taken off site.
