BS Models for sale?

Whats with a lot of crap models being sold. Either unfinished, files being different then whats indicated. Or completely different then what expected. Has this site really dropped that low where sellers cant even provide the item described in pictures anymore? Has anyone else had to deal with this?

Perhaps it might be an idea that customers or users can report such described models to cgtrader so that they can take a look at it and to have a proper refund policy in place for these kinds of situations.

Supposedly you can request a refund. However, im not sure what steps are taken against the seller selling the botched model

As far as I know you can always get refund for such cases, did you contact CGt staff?

Yes I did and they issued a refund today supposedly. Not sure how it works though, whether its issued back to my card or not.
