We are still accepting submissions for the
3D Challenge: Abstract Elements.
You have until January 29 to show us what you can do with natural and man-made forms, ornaments and
geometric shapes.
If it sounds too abstract,
we have some examples of what you could use:
-
Objects
found in nature:
clouds and smoke, fire, liquid
drops and splashes, ice and snow, crystals and gems, floral objects
(flowers, leaves, vines - the more design oriented, the better!).
-
Ornate: ornate frames (used to place around objects for design effect), decorative
filigree, tendrils (ribbons).
-
Business:
arrows, communication symbols (speech bubbles, punctuation, buttons),
direction symbols (compass, map pointers).
-
Shapes:
shattered glass, decorative non-primitive shapes,
organic shapes, other signs/symbols.
Do
you have a model of a fireplace? Take the flame, the smoke, the embers
and you
have yourself three fresh submissions! Use models of shards, splashes or
crystals, arrange them into patterns and show us that simplicity can be
both aesthetic and interesting!
The best models will get additional exposure on the
Adobe Stock 3D marketplace without any hassle for the designer. You will receive payments for sales on Adobe Stock the same way you do on CGTrader, with everything taken care of by us.
Even though the challenge is
broad, there are some requirements, so please spend a couple of minutes to
check out the
technical requirements and the do's and don'ts section. Read more about the challenge!
If you have any questions regarding the challenge, drop us a line to
challenges@cgtrader.com or post your questions in the dedicated forum discussion.
