CGTrader cannot stand in one place – we are starting totally new innitiative, which will help us to move our challenges to the next level. From now 3D print-ready models participating in our challenges will be evaluated by great professionals.
Meet our first judge – Joshua Harker, american artist considered a pioneer and visionary in 3D printed art and sculpture. Joshua's website presents him as a very multi-talented person - artist, sculptor, musician, digital adventurer, imagination architect, troublemaker.
CGTrader is extremely happy to have him on board for the evaluation of 3D home printing challenge. His models are insanely artistic and without any doubts leave a great impression.
„My art is about pushing the limits of form“ – says Joshua Harker. He believes that to fully appreciate the gravity of the pieces one must understand the practical impossibilities of their existance. Joshua runs the highly funded sculpture project presented on Kickstarter. His works and projects appeared in countless publications and press wordlwide.
„My intent is to explore and give form to the architecture of the imagination. This boom of technology is a revolutionary time for the arts and one which will be boldly marked in history. I am honored to be considered one the pioneers in the medium“ – says Joshua Harker.
