CGTrader’s marketplace grows to 700,000 3D models – a fivefold increase in just 3 years!

Just two months ago we celebrated our last milestone – 1.5 million users, and now we’re inches away from reaching 700,000 3D models on the marketplace! CGTrader has been growing very fast and we have you to thank for it – in just three short years, our database has grown fivefold! To celebrate this achievement, we’re launching a sale until September 30 – a day for every hundred thousand models on CGTrader.

The speed of our growth is no simple feat, as uploading and publishing a 3D model is often the most time-consuming part of a designer’s day. To make the process a lot easier, our developers have been working to improve the 3D model Publisher. We have already introduced the Batch Uploader, which allows sellers to upload their whole portfolio in one go, and will be rolling out new updates next month. We hope these major updates will encourage designers to upload even more works by making the publishing process easier and more streamlined.
