​CGTrader at VERTEX 2018

Our CEO Dalia Lasaite will be speaking at the VERTEX 2018 conference in London this Tuesday, March 13. Dalia will be presenting at the Expo Area in the East Hall of the event, where she will talk about our data-driven approach towards the 3D marketplace and the various ways companies and designers use it to advance their projects and careers.

The conference will be bustling with CG artists from around the world, trying out the latest hardware and software, attending speeches and discussions on 3D animation, VFX, game design, the future of humanity, and, of course, the 3D market. Workshops will run simultaneously in two areas and will cover the fundamentals of 3D, renderers, VR, CG animation, and character creation for AAA games. Ticket holders will also be able to book portfolio reviews at the recruitment fair. Entrance to the Expo Area in the East Hall, where Dalia will be presenting, is free, but you do have to register in advance. You can find the Expo Area schedule here.

Dalia shared her thoughts about attending the conference: ‘I’m very happy to have a chance to speak at Vertex 2018, the inaugural event in the heart of Europe’s CG industry – London. CGTrader’s mission is to be close and open to designers, therefore we are very happy to have a chance to meet and talk with so many great artists and designers, and share our insights on the current state of 3D marketplaces and how every designer can make the most of the rising tide of 3D content.
