An inspiring milestone – there are 1,500,000 of us at CGTrader

Happy news, everyone! Our community has reached an inspiring milestone – 1,500,000 members! This means that CGTrader has grown 6 times in the last 3 years!

A new member join us every minute, and with each day we are becoming a massive force that is changing the 3D industry for the better. We strive to be the most designer-friendly 3D marketplace in the world for designers, while at the same time we are attracting customers from over 180 countries – a truly global community.

Our members share, sell and buy close to 700,000 3D models, learn from hundreds of tutorials and, of course, compete in great competitions with prize pools worth over $100,000 collectively.

Gathering such a huge community of highly specialized people is not an easy task, and we're working hard everyday to make your lives easier.

Since last June, when we reached 1 million users, we developed and remade many tools on our site: in March 2018 we launched CGTrader Analytics, which lets designers see 6 years worth of marketplace data, trends and insights, in April we completely revamped the seller's dasboard to show you every bit of information you need in a single page, and in June we launched the Batch uploader, which lets you easily upload your complete library in a single session. We have also made dozens of minor improvements along the way and added support for the newest 3D model file formats.

Our efforts did not go unnoticed – we won the Deloitte CEE Fast 50 Rising Star award last October, attracted $2.3 million in funding in December, and in May we were nominated among the top scale-up companies in the Digital Top 50 Awards, organized by Google, McKinsey & Co. and Rocket Internet.
