After purchasing a Stanley tool trolley STST1-80151, I found myself needing to replace the side latch due to frequent breakages. So, I took it upon myself to redesign and 3D print it using PETG. I had to conduct several tests for both the fit and compatibility with the original setup.Original latch consists of two parts: a rigid one, which is the component prone to breaking, and a flexible one that I didn't need to design. Simply retrieve the original flexible part, or print it with infill 100%, and assemble it with the printed one I provide. Recommendation: Print in PETG with a Quarter Cubic infill at 35% for the big part.Speed: 50mm/sLayer: 0.2Temperature: 250Combing: ALLSupport: YesPrinting orientation: on one sideNumber of perimeter lines: 6Time: 5HoursWeight: 54gLong: 18m
