Digital Dental Dayguard SplintA Day Guard is a bite splint worn on the mandible to provide relief to patients during the day from clenching, grinding teeth, and neck pain. The labial surface is cutback so acrylic is undetected and a gold, braided bar is added on the lingual for reinforcement. Acrylic will cover the entire lingual surface of teeth. It can be made or hard, soft, or a hard/soft combination of acrylic material. It can be used in conjunction with a nighttime guard if made at the same vertical dimension.Alleviates pain associated with grinding and bruxing of teeth during the day. Patient can speak comfortably, minimal saliva is produced, and the splint is virtually unnoticeable
