Required Components (Not Included in STL):
To complete this spectrometer, you will need:
1x 1000 lines/mm transmission diffraction grating, holographic film works well 1x CCD sensor module OR modified webcam M2 screws, nuts and four 10mm long spacer nuts for assembly The free software Theremino Spectrometer works well with this setup
These components can be sourced from online electronics suppliers or optical component retailers. You only have to fit the grating into the adapter, lines from up to down and focus the CCD to the grating, You may need some assembly work and fine-tuning to achieve optimal performance. The narrower the slit, the higher the accuracy. It is recommended to print the components in black material and then paint them matte black for optimal performance.
File Format: STLCompatible with: FDM & Resin printersRecommended Layer Height: 0.1 mm for precision partsSuggested Materials: Black PLA, PETG, or ABS to reduce internal reflectionsSupports Required: Minimal, only for overhanging structures
