DESCRIPTION

This model is part of an academic project for aeronautical engineering course. It is an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) designed in CATIA V5 for monitoring large areas.The project requirements were long endurance, long range, low speed, high altitude, electric motor and solar power.
The wing airfoil is SG6043 and the tail airfoil is NACA008.The technical drawing is also available with all the dimensions, but see below:

  • Wing span: 10150mm (10,15 meters)
  • Wing Root Chord: 680mm
  • Wing Tip Chord: 580mm
  • UAV lengh: 3710mm
