This model is a scan. It is not perfect. I had to use Blender to correct the birds backside feathers. One feet is not strongly connected, I also fixed that. Nevertheless I knew how 3d scans are and I am fine with that.
For a 3d scan this is a good model, but It has not been cleaned up to 100% perfectness. PrusaSlicer did find some "errors" in the mesh but they have been correctable.
I cut out the eye section and replaced them by perfect 3d balls. Did split the model into parts for multi material printing and printed the bird. It came out nice, however some cheap model from the hardware store would have been way less work :D
