Halberd is a weapon made in Switzerland around the end of the 15th century. It had a spearhead that was a combination of a spear, an ax, and a hook, so it was a weapon capable of various attacks such as cutting, stabbing, and hooking. According to one theory, the prototype was a weapon called a voulge, which consisted of a sharp ax with a hook attached. It was so effective as a weapon for infantry against cavalry that similar weapons became popular throughout Europe. Due to its intimidating design, it was also used for ceremonial purposes.
We plan to create a variety of world weapons, so please look forward to it!
