These guns were developed in 1930-1931 in order to achieve the maximum caliber allowed for Japanese cruisers under the Naval Limitation Treaties of the time.

All heavy Japanese cruisers built after 1932 were armed with these weapons.

The model was created based on blueprints, photos and historical documentation. No internal or functional parts.

The object is made up of 7 parts to be printed. Once printed they can be finished, assembled, glued and plastered where necessary and painted.

With the available parts you can make the turret with or without the ontop horizontal rangefinder.

Resin printer recommended.

The STL files are in 1:72 scale (in mm units).

Final object size: length: 20.1 cm, height: 5.35 cm, width: 9.7cm

You can use the OBJ or the FBX files as reference to assemble all the printed parts.

Please note that the dark-grey supports you can see in the images are not included in the stl files. You need to create them with your slicer software.
