1/1800th scale Yorktown Class Aircraft Carrier model. Certain elements not to scale.
The Yorktown class consisted of three ships built for the US Navy shortly before WWII. They, along with the Lexington class, formed the backbone of the US Navy fleet during the early years of the war. Both the Yorktown and the Hornet were lost while the Enterprise became the most decorated ship of the US Navy of the war. Unfortunately, efforts to save the Enterprise as a museum ship failed, and she was scrapped in 1960.
This is part of my collection of WWII warships, keep an eye out for more to come. If you have a specific request, message me and I'll bump it up my list.
Tested with PLA at .1mm layer height with .4mm nozzle.
Update 26 March 19: Fixed architecture errors causing issues with some slicers. Update 16 Oct 19: Added boats. Ship was slightly larger than 1/1800 scale; resized to fix.
