1/1800th scale Fuso Class Battleship model. Certain elements not to scale.
Two Fuso class battleships were built shortly before the end of WWI, they were modernized in the 1930's, but were still considered obsolete by WWII, therefore they did not see much service. Both were sunk in 1944. Their main armament was twelve fourteen-inch guns and sixteen six-inch guns along with just five antiaircraft guns and six torpedo tubes.
This model is designed and tested at 1/1800th scale, but up-scaling and down-scaling are possible. Since the model is optimized for 1/1800th scale, it is not ideal to print larger versions due to a lack of detail. The gun barrels and mast have been enlarged.
This is part of my collection of WWII warships, keep an eye out for more to come. If you have a specific request, message me and I'll bump it up my list.
Update 13 Aug 19: Added boats and anchor chains. Adjustments for better printability.
Tested with PLA at .08mm layer height with .4mm nozzle.
