Can you provide the scale for this model? That would be helpful when designing the graphics for the model. Thanks!

I bought and printed this. Most excellent! I went a bit big and had to cut the nacelles, otherwise super! I have the biggest Enterprise of all my nerd friends now. Now, I just need a display mount. Can the author or anyone else suggest one?

Not the best model I've come across. The issues are as follows: 1. The saucer is not divided into four equal 90-degree segments. The angles are off... perhaps 88 or 89 degrees. You probably wouldn't notice on a small print, but if you print out a large dish that will total 18" in diameter, you'll have a 1.5mm gap at the front where the two halves are supposed to come together. 2. The saucer quadrants are not at all oriented for printing. You'll also need to "lay flat" after you get them adjusted. This is due (in part) to issue #1 above. 3. The saucer quadrants and several other parts don't have any tabs, slats, or dowels to align the parts together when gluing. They are simply flat surfaces. 4. Not screen accurate. The EVA hatches on the top of the saucer look like they are mirrored between port and starboard, and this is not consistent with the filming model or other diagrams found online. I suspect this "mirroring" is also what caused the 4 quadrants to be misaligned during assembly (they were cut wrong, then mirrored, so now everything is off during assembly). All that being said, it's not a bad model if you can get past the assembly difficulties. It's VERY overpriced for what you're getting. If you plan on printing this "large", you might as well buy the Polar Lights kit. Between the cost of this model and the three spools of filament you'll need, you'll actually save money and get a better kit.
