Yes, it doesn't have textures, this is a 3 d print model. It has colors assigned in the shader settings in the project file.

There's no low poly version, it's a 3d print model, not gamready. I didn't made a low poly version.
Also checked the files: all parts are there. Please check files again and let me know if there's an issue.

I download "stl, zbrush and obj" version and they are identical I can not send a screenshot but file is not ready to be printed I'm sorry :(

Not sure what's the problem. The model was purchased many times and printed sucessfuly.
Anyway i added two more files (time_machine-sep.ztl and time_machine02.OBJ), they should work fine.
