Chassi Jrmania Stallion Truck frame

Chassi Jrmania Stallion Truck frame 3D print model

Description

Our product with the longest development time to date, and this is justified by the details that were considered in every aspect, from design and printing of prototypes, to the final product. It took 2 months of development between projects, adjustments and modeling, and another few hundred hours in 3D test printing to reach the final result. And what a spectacular final result...

A chassis for pickups that can be adapted to practically any model, from any manufacturer and in any year, with small modifications. Do you have an early 1950s Ford F100? With small adjustments, you can adapt. Prefer a Chevrolet from the 80s with a long bed and double cab, it is also possible to use the chassis in the long version. Side reinforcements for the cabin are included in all kits and are optional in each assembly. But remember, it was designed for 1/25 scale models.

All of its development was based on models and structures that actually exist, so it ends up being functional in several aspects. One of its biggest differences is at the rear. Unlike what we find in most pickup trucks, this chassis was designed to use a subframe that adds a rear differential that uses half shafts, which makes the rear suspension independent. A state-of-the-art performance upgrade for full-scale pickup trucks that you can now display on your model!

And speaking of suspension, another show in itself. Both at the front and at the rear, the kit features 4 coilovers with height adjustment using a screw system, which yes, really works.

Finally, the kit comes complete, including side members, side reinforcements, front and rear suspension, steering bar, brakes (with ventilated and perforated discs), coilovers, rear differential, semi-axles, cardan shaft, and even engine supports for V models. The product images on this page are presented in various ways, they are 3D renderings, images of the product in the 3D modeling program, and also photos of the product assembled and painted by our friend and model maker Aldecir Giusti.

And if you were worried about how this kit was assembled, you can rest assured. It comes with a PDF manual in the compressed file, and best of all, you can now check out the interactive 3D manual by clicking on the link below. Excellent for zooming, rotating the piece and seeing each step in detail.Interactive 3D assembly manual (https://instructions.online/?id=4325-chassi%20jrmania%20stallion%20miniature%201/25%20pickups)This download is for personal use and MUST NOT be used for commercial purposes. If you intend to sell printed files, please send me a message so we can talk more about it.*Engine, transmission, cab, wheels, tires and other finishing parts shown in the photos of the assembled product are not included in the kit.The engine you see in these photos belongs to my friend BlackBoxOne of the sets of wheels in the photos is our JrMania C.E.M model. 3D printing settings

You can print most parts at 50μm, but for suspension parts (especially coilovers) we recommend a 30μm print. Additionally, coilovers must be printed standing up.You should also pay attention when printing the rear differential and the fuel tank, as they are hollow and can retain resin inside, therefore the parts must be printed at an angle so that the holes present in them allow as much resin to flow as possible from the inside. You can print with a layer height of 50μm, if you want a higher level, with 40μm you will have a better result. Layers smaller than this will make no difference.Other printing details depend on the resin you use and the printer, but do not require special care.
