Proejct Styx, the terror of the battlefield, now has an original frame and armor set, along with streamlined weapons. Don't worry, if you want the tidal wave of extra conversion parts, they're still in this file, too. If you don't, I suggest you check out Project Styx-Express, which is leaner and meaner.
If you've never put together one of my mechs before, these new parts are much like a Project Quixote in construction. Free instructions are here on PDF...https://we.tl/t-bdMhQ9jDIF

Clean and Supported STL files in zipped folders.
This original conversion kit offers a wide variety of files and options for turning your factory Knight model into a variant that might be out of your price reach or unavailable from the factory due to casting stoppage.
If you leaf through the factory website, you'll see which Knight variant this is intended to emulate. I'll say no more. ;)
What in the Warp is a Suturus Pattern, you ask?House Suturus is my custom house. I play Knights, too.
Included in the whopper of an STL files kit...
-Suturus Pattern Heat Ray Cannon (Shielded, NoShield, Components, and Complete
-Triple Power Cable from reactor to weapon (modular segments)
-Secondary Gravity Cannon (Muzzle petals open or fused closed, shielded and unshielded, complete weapon or muzzle only)
-Suturus Pattern Double Blade Cutting Saws (ringblade and solid-center version)
-Suturus Pattern Single Blade Cutting Saws (ringblade and solid-center version)
-Suturus Pattern BattleClaw 2 (three and four claw versions)
-Suturus Pattern BattleClaw 3 (dual energy emitters, two claw options)
-Suturus Pattern Energy Shield Generator (2 main options, four different mounting patterns)
-Suturus PredatorVision 2 Advanced Optics (6 options, including sensor turrets and visors over faceplates)
-Suturus Upper Arms, at a variety of angles.
Obviously, that's a lot of files. I like options. Hopefully, you do, too.
This is a semi-advanced undertaking.
You're going to need a capable printer and a magnetized Knight. I have provided photos showing where I magnetized the torso hardpoints and elbows.
6mm x 2mm (or 6mm x 3mm) magnets work best in the torso mounting points, for me.12mm x 2mm or 12mm x 3mm magnets glued to the bottom of the elbow is what I do.I then glue appropriate-sized washers to the 3D printed parts, and swap them out at will.
Some fitting may be required for the high-tolerance parts such as the Battle Claw 3 or the triple power cord.
I hope you enjoy printing and storming the tables with this conversion kit as much as I had fun sculpting it.
Best,JBR
