C-23 TRENCHER: A massive, Heavy-Duty Deep Environment Industrial Core designed for withstanding the extreme pressures of working on the ocean floors of numerous planets, or the rigors of hauling minerals in deep space asteroid fields. When the Unions started becoming repressed by The Corporation's forces it quickly became apparent that this heavy rig was right at home in the combat zone due to its sturdy construction. With its dense Monoform shell this well balanced heavy Core has robust resistance to Blast damage which is only reinforced by it's total mass. Oversized Boosters keep this hulk mobile in a pinch and help it move loads or debris. Designed in an A-2 configuration for optimum device (weapons) versatility, it has led to Miners loving it again for its heavy Module (weapons) capabilities.
