I need help! I purchased model for 3d printing but it won't print correctly as some of the model is blacked out in stl file, like the left horn and a few other areas. How to fix? I want to buy more art but I need these to work for 3d printing. Please Help thank you

This model is of excellent quality. I'm still waiting for the "hole" in this model, there is no answer from this buyer yet.
