Awesome file, I haven't printed it just yet, but based on the artist other works and what I see here, I've no concerns. I really can't thank him enough though for the zbrush files, because I print stuff at so many different scales it's way easier to remerge stuff for smaller scales with that than trying to puzzle it all back together.
