This is a Seedling creature we've designed in ZBrush, it's name is Leafy.

He is one of several Seedlings we are releasing as part of a collection over the next few months.

There are many uses for Leafy, he obviously makes a great desk companion to protect your table valuables! Or he could be used for your upcoming D&D adventure. He even works well as that surprise creature hiding in the plant or bathroom.
